About the Role
We're looking for a
Senior Client Servicing Executive/NBD
who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for clients translating ideas into memorable events while ensuring timely, high-quality execution. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to bring each project to life and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact.
Client Understanding: Understand client objectives, gather feedback, and ensure smooth project delivery aligned with expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with Creative and Production teams to execute events that align with client and brand goals.
Communication: Manage day-to-day communication through calls, emails, and meetings to provide timely updates and manage expectations.
New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and support revenue growth.
Client Account Management: Manage existing client accounts effectively, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating additional revenue.
Market Insight: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for client engagement and business expansion.
Reporting: Prepare detailed status reports, presentations, and client updates for internal teams and senior management.
