Responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with BMW clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales targets. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing BMW clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth client interactions.
Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve experience.
Maintain client records and prepare reports on client interactions and sales progress.
Promote BMW brand values and ensure clients receive a premium experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and client management abilities.
Knowledge of luxury automobile industry, preferably BMW.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
