DigiStream is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency under PremiereEdTech Revolution Pvt. Ltd., specializing in innovative marketing solutions, brand development, and lead generation for clients across India and abroad.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Senior Client Acquisition Manager

with a proven track record of bringing national or international clients on board. You must be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and capable of building long-term client relationships. This is a performance-driven role with attractive incentives and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and meet monthly business targets of ?1.5 to ?2.5 Lakhs. Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for digital marketing services. Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing. Travel when required for face-to-face client meetings. Present company services through online/offline presentations to key stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. Manage and guide junior team members for client outreach.

Requirements:

Experience:

5-6 years in client acquisition/sales (preferably in Digital Marketing/Advertising/IT services). Proven record of acquiring

20+ clients

(national or international).

Team Handling:

Strong experience managing and mentoring a sales team. Excellent verbal and written

English communication skills

. Confident in giving sales presentations (online/offline). Comfortable with frequent travel (TA/DA as per company norms). Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ?30,000 to ?50,000/month (based on performance in the first 2 months). Travel Allowances (TA) provided for client visits. Permanent role after 2 months based on target achievement. Performance bonuses & incentives.

Target:

Achieve monthly sales targets of ?1.5 to ?2.5 Lakhs.
