Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Supervisor

to oversee civil works, construction, and maintenance within our college campus. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil projects, ensuring quality standards, and managing day-to-day site activities across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all civil works related to campus buildings, hostels, roads, and infrastructure. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff for timely execution of projects. Ensure that construction and maintenance work comply with drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage repair, renovation, and upgradation of existing facilities. Maintain records of materials, labor, and project progress. Support the management in planning new infrastructure projects. Prepare reports and update higher authorities on civil work status.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. 3-4 years of experience in

civil supervision, preferably in an educational institution/college environment

. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair works, and civil construction. Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
Salary : 25000 to 28000/- per month
