Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, including managing contractors, supervising workers, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.

Prepare, review and approve project schedules, budgets, and reports.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to develop and implement project plans and ensure quality control.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Evaluate and recommend building and construction materials, as well as methods and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Btech) from an accredited university.

At least 5 years of experience in construction industry (Residencial/ Commercial) in Kerala.

Strong project management and supervisory skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Auto Cad and other construction software is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
