The Senior Civil Supervisor shall independently supervise and manage the

operation and maintenance of approximately 160 Tube Wells

under the water supply O&M projects executed by

M/s Kumarji Lal in Faridabad

. He shall ensure that all tube wells remain

fully functional, operational, and compliant with departmental and contractual requirements

at all times.

He shall regularly inspect tube well sites to monitor pumping operations, water levels, discharge, pumping hours, and general site conditions. He shall ensure adherence to approved pumping schedules and promptly report and coordinate rectification of any operational, civil, mechanical, or electrical issues to minimize downtime.

The Senior Civil Supervisor shall be responsible for

routine civil upkeep and supervision

of tube well premises, including pump houses, platforms, drainage systems, boundary walls, doors, shutters, and access areas. Any defects, leakages, or damages observed shall be immediately reported for corrective action.

A key responsibility of the role shall be

proper maintenance of tube well log books and records

. He shall ensure accurate daily entries of pumping hours, discharge, water levels, breakdowns, maintenance activities, and remarks in prescribed formats. All records shall be maintained neatly and kept ready for inspection by department officials.

He shall supervise site manpower deployed at tube well locations, ensure discipline and punctuality, verify attendance, and coordinate daily work activities. Compliance with safety norms, use of PPE, and cleanliness of sites shall be strictly enforced.

The Senior Civil Supervisor shall coordinate with officials of

FMDA / Municipal authorities

, attend inspections, and ensure compliance with instructions issued from time to time. All activities shall be carried out in line with the contract conditions and company guidelines of M/s Kumarji Lal.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent with

8-10 years of experience

in O&M of tube well-based water supply projects, preferably under government or municipal bodies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
