Job Title: Senior Civil Site Engineer - Residential Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Civil Site Engineer

to manage and execute residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, strong site execution skills, and experience handling engineering drawings, procurement, client coordination, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Engineering:

Supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure timely and quality execution as per approved

engineering drawings

and specifications. Ensure adherence to

design standards

, safety norms, and quality control protocols. Verify and implement changes based on technical drawings and ensure their correct application on-site.

Measurement & Documentation:

Maintain and update

Measurement Books (MB)

with accurate on-site measurements for billing and auditing purposes. Prepare and validate

contractor bills

and work progress documentation.

Procurement & Inventory:

Coordinate with the procurement team for timely supply of materials. Verify

material quality and quantity

as per BOQ and project requirements. Monitor site inventory and handle reconciliation of materials.

Project Coordination & Meetings:

Attend and lead

project review meetings

with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and site-related issues. Ensure

client coordination

for approvals, updates, and issue resolution.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track and update the

project schedule

; report delays and risks proactively. Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

to management and clients. Follow up with the finance team and clients for

payment clearance

against completed work stages.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

5-10 years of hands-on experience

in

residential construction

(apartments, villas, gated communities). Proficiency in

engineering drawings

,

site execution

, and

billing processes

. Strong working knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and local codes. Skilled in

AutoCAD

, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools. Excellent

communication

, and

coordination

abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
