Location: Sinhasa IT Park, Dhar Road, Indore, M.P.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections, site audits, and safety checks to ensure compliance with company and statutory standards.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
Plan and allocate daily tasks to site teams and contractors for timely completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain site records including DPR (Daily Progress Report), material consumption, and manpower reports.
Handle agency coordination, billing verification, and site-level issue resolution.
Report project progress and site challenges to the Project Manager/Management.
