Oversee day-to-day construction activities for G+8 and high-rise structures.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Supervise contractors, manpower, and subcontractor activities.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at site (PPE, safety rules, checklists).
Conduct inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
Planning & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
Plan materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.
Measurement & Documentation
Prepare BOQs, material requisition, and quantity take-offs.
Verify and certify contractor bills and work measurements.
Maintain site documents, drawings, and logs.
Problem-Solving & Execution Efficiency
Identify site challenges and provide quick technical solutions.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Monitor concrete works, shuttering, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and finishing works.
