Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site execution as per drawings & specifications Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants Ensure quality checks for RCC, masonry, finishing, etc. Monitor project timelines and daily progress Verify material consumption and ensure BOQ compliance Prepare site reports, DPRs, and documentation Ensure safety regulations and site discipline Support project manager in planning & site coordination Manage subcontractors and resolve site issues

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of civil construction & finishing Ability to read drawings and manage site workflow Vendor & contractor management Quality control & problem-solving skills Good communication and reporting skills

Qualifications:

BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience in real estate/construction projects is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
