Sudhir Mandke Group is looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer to lead site execution for our residential, commercial, and hospitality projects located in Pune and Guhagar (Konkan).
? Location: Pune & Guhagar, Maharashtra
? Qualification: B.E. Civil (MBA preferred)
? Experience: Minimum 5 years (experience in premium residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
? Key Responsibilities & Skills:
? Site execution and coordination across multiple project types
? Proficiency in RCC, finishing, and infrastructure work
? Strong vendor and contractor management skills
? Focus on quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
? Salary: Based on previous CTC and experience
