About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee physical site development and construction activities related to our warehousing and logistics projects. The role involves managing day-to-day site execution, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely completion of infrastructure works at land parcels under development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise site development activities (grading, boundary wall, road, drainage, leveling, etc.). Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery. Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, and contractor bills. Ensure compliance with local regulatory and municipal norms. Support land acquisition and project teams in technical due diligence and site feasibility. Liaise with authorities (MIDC, local panchayat, municipal offices) as needed for approvals. Manage multiple sites independently with minimal supervision from top

Requirements:

B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial / warehouse / real estate projects. Strong knowledge of civil works, cost control, and site execution. Ability to independently handle vendors and contractors. Strong communication and coordination skills. Must be based in or willing to travel around Panvel-Uran-Belapur
