Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day civil engineering activities at project sites.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of work.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks; provide technical guidance to engineers and site staff.
Prepare, review, and verify project reports, BOQs, material requisitions, and work schedules.
Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and site execution challenges efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
Must have strong hands-on experience in shuttering and piling works.
Minimum
7-10 years
of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, site management, and quality control procedures.
Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
