Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the construction of luxury apartment projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and clients to ensure design and execution excellence.

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Prepare and review construction drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Resolve site issues promptly and proactively with effective stakeholder communication.

Prepare project reports, monitor budgets, and track milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 high-rise residential projects (B+G+10 floors or above).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other civil engineering software.

Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken).

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple consultants.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
