Job Designation: Senior Civil Engineer (for Commercial project)

Job Location

Experience: 12-15 yrs.

Educational Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Salary Range: Rs. 50000-Rs.100000 per month.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they adhere to plans, specifications, and timelines. Execute excavation, foundation, concrete works and finishing works including Billing and vendor management. Direct and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment, and ensure all activities comply with relevant safety regulations. Monitor and manage the use of materials and equipment, ensuring they align with project requirements and budget constraints. Keep detailed records of project progress, daily activities, and any changes or issues encountered during construction. Address unexpected challenges, troubleshoot issues, and find practical solutions to keep the project on track. Assist in monitoring project costs and staying within budgetary constraints, identifying potential cost-saving measures. Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. Develop and manage construction schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Extensive AutoCAD experience (Mandatory).

In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations. Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
