Location: Tilda CG

Qualification: BE/B.tech Civil

Experience: 8 to 11 Years

Salary: 45000/- to 55000/- PM

Project: Residential Township Building

Job Duties in Brief

Managing the planning and design stages of civil engineering projects. Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites. Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs. Surveying new construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades. Designing and recommending improvements to computer-aided design (CAD) software drawings and schematics. Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets. Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications. Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models. Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data. Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs. Creates feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data. Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
