Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Leading and managing civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and site development.

Design and Planning:

Overseeing the design of structures and hydraulic systems, analyzing survey reports, and preparing architectural drawings and schematics.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensuring projects adhere to government regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

Budget and Schedule Management:

Developing project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans, and managing resources to meet deadlines and stay within budget.

Team Leadership:

Leading and mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective team collaboration.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Working with architects, contractors, government bodies, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

Technical Expertise:

Providing technical advice, solving complex problems, and conducting research to improve engineering practices.

Quality Assurance:

Reviewing and approving engineering designs, ensuring they meet required standards, and conducting quality control checks.

Construction Oversight:

Managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
