Plan, prepare, and execute multi-cuisine menus for banquets, conferences, and add-on orders
Handle bulk cooking while maintaining quality, taste, and presentation standards
Experience with banquet is a plus
Manage mise-en-place, food preparation, and service timelines for events
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Supervise, guide, and train junior kitchen staff and commis
Monitor food cost, portion control, wastage, and inventory for banquet operations
Ensure proper utilization of kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness of work areas
Support menu planning, live counters, special events, and theme-based banquets
Handle last-minute changes and pressure situations during high-volume operations
