The Senior Cashier is responsible for overseeing the front-end checkout process, ensuring transaction accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. You will act as a mentor to junior cashiers, handle complex returns, and drive store KPIs such as loyalty program sign-ups and credit applications.
Experience
2+ years in retail (apparel experience preferred).
Technical
Proficiency in POS software (e.g., Oracle, Shopify, Square) and basic Excel.
Communication
Strong verbal skills to de-escalate high-pressure situations.
