Role Overview

The Senior Campaign Launch Manager role leads the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of high-impact, digital-first marketing launches across the year. You will own the full tent-pole calendar--from seasonal health moments to condition-specific and regional campaigns--building clear playbooks, asset plans, channel mixes, and risk-mitigation frameworks that set each launch up for success.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership & Planning
Own the annual search-increase calendar (e.g. World Yoga Day, Arthritis/Diabetes awareness weeks, 'Begin Again' moments, Knee/Back/Sleep focus weeks, Women's bone health, seasonal South/West India and NRI-specific campaigns)
Build launch playbooks: run-of-show, asset plan, channel mix (YouTube/Facebook/WhatsApp), partners, Click-to-Website vs Click-to-WhatsApp strategy
Pre-mortem risks, lock owners and SLAs, align budget and measurement upfront
End-to-End Project Management & Execution
Build & run the 'war room': day-wise milestones, daily trackers, dependency clearing, weekly reviews
QC & ship creative kits with brand filter: trailers/teasers, thumbnail A/B tests, landing/RSVP flows, WhatsApp journeys (utility/marketing templates), PR/influencer coordination
Build & maintain live dashboards, course-correct during campaigns, publish D+14 close-out deck
Measurable Business Impact & Repeatability
Measure & publish: Dashboards with key signals like sign-ups/RSVPs, session attendance %, free-to-paid lift, and macro campaign ROI (effort, dollar, and time)
Build the Launch Toolkit--naming conventions, folder structure, QA checklist, RSVP flows, campaign scorecard
Requirements

Owned 10+ tent-pole launches end-to-end--ideation, plan building, calendar/war room/post-mortem with hard KPIs
Digital-first DNA: Facebook community campaigns; WhatsApp literacy; digital marketing rollouts
Measurement DNA: Campaign ROI, UTMs, CRM/WATI event tracking, RSVP-to-attendance reporting, D+14 documentation
