Job Responsibilities:
1. Target Market & Lead Generation:
Focus on B2B clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, developers, architects, and material suppliers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and participation in trade shows and industry events.
2. Product Knowledge & Communication:
Develop strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications. Effectively communicate this information to clients, address technical queries, and promote ready-mix plaster as a superior solution over traditional plastering methods.
3. Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain trust-based client relationships by understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions. Ensure consistent follow-up and provide post-sales support to nurture long-term partnerships.
4. Sales Execution:
Conduct impactful presentations and product demos, highlighting key benefits such as ease of application, time and labor savings, quality consistency, and cost efficiency. Prepare accurate proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
5. Lead Utilization:
Use your existing network/database along with company-provided leads to identify and convert high-potential customers and projects
Requirements:
1-2 years above experience in sales, preferably in construction or related fields
Any graduate can apply
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally for field work
