Senior Business Analyst - IT Technical & Production



We are looking for someone with 10+ years of working experience with strong project management and technical skills, effective communication, ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships with proven experience in deploying IT solutions in a large-scale environment to join our team in the Asia/Oceania/Africa (AOA) region.





The role:

What you'll do:



As a Senior Business Analyst you will:

Managing large-scale IT projects for the deployment of quality management functionalities in Technical and Production Lead by example, provide coaching and direction to peers in the operations community, recognizing achievements while promoting an open and business-oriented culture and mindset Build and maintains relationships with product team leaders to develop a clear understanding of product strategy, product value delivery planning and of business needs Partnering with offshore sustain groups to deliver low cost sustain as well as drive optimization, simplification and efficiency Ensuring Service Level Management best practices and Compliance & Security requirements for more than 100 factories Performing testing, configuration & support activities in collaboration with offshore providers and market stakeholders Participating in market project teams for process improvement IT projects

What will make you a great fit?

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience Extensive knowledge of SAP Quality Management solutions, testing and configuration for T&P. Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. Self-motivated and proactive, you will be analytically minded with proven capacity for problem solving and root cause analysis. With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility and adaptability is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours

Bonus Points If You: - up to 3 additional requirements that can be a plus, but not required and could be teachable on the role.

Ideally having factory experience, working in the food safety quality management function. Preferred experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or other factory food safety applications e.g. LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems. Exposure to Project Management gained through managing projects.
