Description and Requirements



This role is responsible for understanding the SSG Services Delivery business, and transforming SSG delivery to align with Industry best practices for and efficient Labor Demand-Supply management. The role requires leading as a Business Analyst, driven to design best practice demand management and supply management functions, design integrations to evolve an end-to-end enterprise level technology ecosystem, work very closely with the business delivery, offering, presales, sales, HR and digital transformation teams (upstream and downstream) together for a holistic business & system driven demand-supply management function. This role will also require for working closely with the People & Talent Operations program team, resource management team, IT design, IT development & IT deployment teams including change management teams to drive adoption for the holistic solutions.


Position Requirements

Lead the Resource Management team for the People & Talent Operations organization, drive efficient and optimized on-time fulfilment. Work closely with the rest of the People and Talent Operations team, to drive fulfilment with people strategies, and identify insights early to avoid any revenue/delivery miss caused due to resource enablement. Identity skill-gaps and enable re-skilling opportunities with L&D programs, to have deployable resources aligned to demand signal, pipeline and forecast Provide weekly operational updates to delivery unit stakeholders, People & Talent Operations leaders and TSD leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant Bachelors degree required 15+ years of professional experience in IT Services organizations, preferably GSI's in key roles 10+ years of Workforce Management and/or Resource Management experience (or similar experience), with knowledge about IT services delivery. 8+ years of Business Analyst role, collaborating with enterprise level functions and driving a holistic outcome Deep understanding of Workforce Management & Resource Management business processes, ability to incubate industry best practices with 'an integrated' business process design, derive measurable outcomes Strong collaboration skills to work across required business functions, and influence process design, adoption, gap analysis and change management Strong executive presence & leadership skills. High level of communication & presentation skills. Strong business & financial acumen. Ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance, thrive in ambiguity. Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally.

Global exposure across multiple technology service areas Relevant Master's Degree Relevant Certifications in Workforce Management and/or Resource Management, or any related
