A Senior Business Development Representative (Sr BDR) for Raipur handling Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for driving loan business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new loan business opportunities in PL, BL, HL, and LAP segments through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, brokers, and referral partners.
Assist in sales presentations, client meetings, and product demonstrations to educate customers about loan offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Prepare and maintain accurate business development reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.
Attend local events and promotions to enhance product visibility and generate leads.
Mentor and collaborate with junior sales team members to improve overall performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Graduate or MBA with 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in lending/finance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams, with target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with loan products, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
