Job Description

A Senior Business Development Manager (Sr BDM) leads the identification, development, and execution of strategic business opportunities; manages key stakeholder relationships; and drives revenue growth for loan products such as Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic business opportunities

for PL, BL, HL, LAP through lead generation, market research, and networking.

Develop and implement business development strategies

to achieve revenue and growth targets across multiple loan segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships

with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders to drive sustained business.

Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals

, ensuring profitability and compliance with internal policies.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

(sales, credit, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and product development.

Guide, train, and mentor junior business development staff

, building a high-performing team.

Prepare and present regular business performance reports

to senior management, including forecasts, plans, and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years' experience in business development, preferably in the finance or lending sector. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to think strategically, execute plans, and adapt in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
