We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sr. Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our IT services portfolio, including

Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Solutions, Website & Mobile App Development, and Data Management Services

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. Looking for an Individual Contributor, having good command on Global Markets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in IT services. Sell services including: Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing) E-Commerce Solutions (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Marketplace Management) Website & Mobile App Development Data Management & Data Processing Services Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to understand requirements and propose solutions. Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and pitch decks. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively. Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, Operations) for solution alignment and delivery. Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities and performance. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales in an IT services company. Strong understanding of: Digital Marketing services E-Commerce platforms & operations Website & Mobile App Development lifecycle Data Management / Data Processing services Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Ability to understand client pain points and propose tailored IT solutions. Strong business acumen and target-driven mindset. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Profile



Background in selling IT services or digital solutions. Experience with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia is a plus). Strong network in startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented.
