Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced and dynamic sales professionals who can drive international B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve monthly targets. The role requires end-to-end sales ownership including pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
? Drive B2B sales of Digital Marketing & Development Services in the US & Canada markets.
? Work on pre-qualified leads provided by the Lead Generation team.
? Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
? Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
? Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
? Provide market insights and contribute to business strategy for international growth.
Requirements
? Proven experience in International B2B Sales (preferably in IT/Digital Marketing/Development services).
? Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to close high-value deals independently.
? Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
? Ability to work on a night shift (US/Canada time zone).
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
