We are looking for a dynamic and well networked AGM - Investor Acquisition (BD) to join our leadership team in Chandigarh.Key Responsibilities:- Investor Sourcing: Identify and acquire High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), ChannelPartners (CPs), and potential investors.- Business Development: Strategically expand the investor network and build long-termrelationships.- Investment Pitching: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals on investmentopportunities, ROI structures, and project details.- Deal Closure: Lead the end-to-end process of investment acquisition--from lead generationto finalizing agreements.- Network Utilization: Leverage personal and professional networks to generate qualifiedleads.- Project Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to tailor investment proposals alignedwith company goals.- Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends in real estate investment and investorexpectations.Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment or BD roles- Strong network of HNIs, CPs, and potential investors- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proven ability to close investment deals independently- Exposure to affordable housing projects is a big plus- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented

Pay: ₹20,883.11 - ₹90,000.00 per month
