Experience : Total 7 Years of experience with minimum 4 years in US Markets in Software Industry. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with background in Software Industry for enterprise products as well as services, especially into US Region. Must have B2B experience and be comfortable working in US time zone. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and are willing to work hard and produce results, the sky is the limit in terms of compensation. Key Responsibilities : \xc2\xb7 Generate a steady stream of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking by working closely with our Digital Marketing team \xc2\xb7 Engage with prospects and decision-makers to understand their business needs, pain points, and challenges. \xc2\xb7 Actively manage and nurture the sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, and ensure timely and effective communication. \xc2\xb7 Working on leads, analyzing requirements, developing proposals and closing the sales. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with the marketing and technology team to strategize and implement business development initiatives that align with organizational goals. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and existing and future prospective clients. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings in the market. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports and insights on sales activities, lead conversions, and market trends to the management team.
