Context:

TechXR Innovations (Durlabh Darshan) has launched Virtual reality based solutions for Bhopal Hospitals/Clinics. As a Sales Leader, you will lead the initiative in the region,

focusing primarily on partnering with new hospitals

and maximising revenue from partnered hospitals.

Must have experience in Hospital Vertical only with Deep connects with Doctors and other hospital authoprities.



KRA's (Key Result Areas):



Hit Hospital Onboarding Targets (Business Development)Maximize revenue from partnered hospitalsBuild & Maintain Strong Relationships with Hospital Partners

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, Pitch & Sign-up New Partner Hospitals in Bhopal



Manage Sales Pipeline & Negotiations

Oversee Onboarding & Setup at Partner HospitalsAct as Key Contact for Hospital Administration/Staff

Experience:



3-8 years in Business Development & Sales roles with direct hospital interaction.

Have negotiated large value deals 15 lakhs and above to hospitals

Deep connects and network in hospital industry

Medical/Surgical Device Sales/BDMDiagnostic device Sales/BDM Healthcare IT Sales/BDMHealthcare ConsultingDiagnostics (B2B/Hospital Sales)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
