Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BPO/BPM sector
Generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Track sales performance and maintain CRM reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales
in the
BPO industry
Strong understanding of BPO services (Voice, Non-Voice, KPO, Back Office, etc.)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience handling domestic and/or international clients
Ability to work independently and drive results
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in enterprise sales and strategic account management
Exposure to international BPO markets is a plus
