Job Description

Key Objectives:

Achieve the organization's annual revenue and client acquisition targets. Build strong, long-term relationships with key agencies, brands, and corporate partners. Develop a consistent pipeline of advertising film and content projects. Strengthen the company's market position within the ad-film, corporate and digital content ecosystem. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategy



Develop and execute quarterly and annual business growth plans aligned with organization goals. Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries (FMCG, beauty, automotive, fashion, lifestyle, tech, etc.). Create effective go-to-market and pitch strategies for each segment. Work closely with leadership to define pricing structures and business models. Maintain awareness of industry movements, agency account shifts, and upcoming campaign opportunities.

Client Acquisition & Account Management



Prospect, approach, and convert new clients and agencies through presentations, meetings, and proactive outreach. Develop compelling pitch decks and proposals with the creative and production teams. Own the end-to-end sales cycle -- inquiry, pitch, negotiation, and contract closure. Manage post-project client feedback and maintain high client satisfaction. Nurture existing accounts for repeat and referral business.

Creative & Production Collaboration



Collaborate with Producers, Directors, and Creative Leads to align business opportunities with production capabilities. Ensure creative alignment and commercial feasibility during negotiations. Support in developing treatment notes, showreels, and pitch materials. Track project status for timely delivery and client communication.

Required Qualifications, Skills:



Graduate in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field; MBA preferred. 7-10 years in business development within advertising, media, or film production. Understanding of ad film production, agency workflows, and creative pitching. CRM tools, MS Office, presentation tools, budgeting tools. Understanding of video production, ad filmmaking, creative and production workflows (preferred). Negotiation, presentation, relationship building, creative collaboration. Strong industry network; willingness to travel for client meetings.
