Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Ownership:
? Own and deliver the regional revenue targets for the North Region.
? Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
? Build a strong pipeline through new customer acquisitions and expansion in
existing accounts.
2. Client Acquisition & Account Management:
? Identify and target enterprise clients, mid-size organizations, and key vertical
industries.
? Conduct customer meetings, demos, and solution presentations.
? Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation ? qualification ? proposal ?
negotiation ? closure.
3. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
? Work closely with Inside Sales Executives and Business Development Executives
in the North region.
? Guide and support the team to enhance lead quality, conversions, and customer
relationships.
? Coordinate with the Sales Head for planning, reviews, and performance
alignment.
4. Product & Solution Sales:
? Deep understanding of IT products, IT infrastructure solutions, AMC, cloud
services, and software licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.).
? Keep updated with OEM programs, promotions, and partner requirements.
? Create solution-based proposals tailored to customer requirements.
5. Market Engagement & Networking:
? Leverage strong North-region (Delhi/NCR) network to drive business.
? Participate in industry events, tech forums, and partner programs.
? Monitor market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
? 8-12 years of proven experience in IT / ITeS Field Sales.
? Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud, software licensing, and AMC
business.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Ability to independently handle high-value clients and large accounts.
? Strong network across Delhi/NCR business ecosystem.
? Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
? Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor juniors and work cross-functionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
