Job Summary- SR. Hospital Business Development Managers we are looking only hospital business development exp. Main responsibilities CARE9 Medical Services is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic communicators in sales and marketing & Business Development in hospitals. Desired Candidates will work in the development of business for our hospitals and will be involved in campaign of medical services of the hospitals. Desired candidates will conduct doctors meets/ conferences, symposia/ patients education training programs and other marketing activities including CRM. Candidates should coordinate and work in various therapeutic treatment promotions. Candidate should be an effective communication with excellent interpersonal & relationships management skills. Candidate will manage the sales and marketing operations for promoting pharmaceuticals sales and achieving busses goals and increased sales growth Candidate will also be involved in Relationship Management--build and strengthen relationship with doctors and hospital by ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidate will work in close co-ordination with top managers and field personnel for ensuring smooth operation. Channel Management/ key account management. -- identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable partners. Relationship Building with decisions makers and key partners in all stages of business promotion. Design and implement marketing activities such as camps, doctors meet / conference for enhancing brand visibility. Finance management- Ensure the outstanding and expiry breakage is minimal.
