Founder's Office Support
Assist the Founder in
deal structuring, pricing discussions, and negotiations
Prepare
transaction summaries, MIS reports, and deal trackers
Support decision-making with real-time transaction insights and status updates
Ensure smooth execution of priority and high-value deals handled by the Founder
Documentation & Compliance
Oversee preparation and verification of:
Agreement to Sell
Sale Deeds
Cancellation / Refund documents
KYC and compliance documentation
Coordinate with legal teams for
due diligence and regulatory compliance
Ensure transactions are executed as per
RERA, local laws, and internal policies
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Maintain a
professional, transparent, and customer-first approach
Address customer queries related to pricing, documentation, timelines, and handovers
Resolve transaction-level issues to ensure
smooth closures and referrals
Candidate Profile
Experience
2-4 years
of experience in:
Real Estate Transaction Management
B2C Sales Operations / Closures
Developer, Channel Partner, or Real Estate Consulting firms
Strong exposure to
residential real estate transactions
is mandatory
Knowledge & Skills
Solid understanding of:
Real estate documentation & compliance
Deal lifecycle and transaction workflows
B2C customer handling and negotiations
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and execution skills
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
