Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Senior Business Development Manager - BTL Activations

to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

BTL marketing, events, and on-ground activations

, with excellent client interaction and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities



Drive new revenue opportunities through

lead generation and business development

Fix client meetings, conduct

first-level client interactions

, and manage follow-ups Prepare and deliver

presentations and activation concepts

to clients Understand client requirements and propose suitable

BTL solutions

Liaise with

State Government bodies

for BTL activation projects Plan and execute

BTL activities, events, and activations

aligned with brand objectives Ensure correct brand communication across all marketing collaterals Manage client servicing as per briefs and timelines Maintain client database, follow-up trackers, and MIS Attract new clients and grow existing accounts Manage

own revenue targets

and ensure timely

collection of payments

Oversee and manage BTL activations to ensure

consumer engagement and sign-ups

5+ years of experience in

BTL Activations / Events / On-ground Marketing

Proven track record in

business development and lead generation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
