We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Manager to drive growth for our cutting-edge AI and IT service offerings. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing the entire sales cycle--from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in selling AI, ML, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
? Sales Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales cycle--from outbound prospecting and lead
qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
? Lead Generation: Build a robust sales funnel of enterprise clients aligned with our
AI/ML and IT service capabilities.
? Strategic Outreach: Research, strategize, and execute high-impact outbound campaigns
across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels.
? Consultative Selling: Engage with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Innovation Heads,
etc.) to understand pain points and present customized AI/IT solutions.
? Pipeline Management: Maintain and regularly update CRM to track sales activities,
forecasts, and conversions.
? Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing primary and secondary research to stay informed
about trends in AI, Data Science, Cloud, and emerging tech.
? Collaboration: Work with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop
compelling proposals and pitch decks.
? Team Leadership (Optional): Guide and mentor junior SDRs or BDEs for top-of-funnel
activities.
Required Skill Sets:
? Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cloud, and
other IT services and their real-world applications.
? Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate
complex technical offerings to business audiences.
? Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter attitude with the ability to independently identify
and close new opportunities.
? Presentation Skills: Strong command of tools like PowerPoint, with the ability to deliver
persuasive client presentations.
? Research & ABM: Skilled in secondary research, account-based marketing (ABM), and
identifying key decision-makers in target accounts.
? Resilience & Ownership: Comfortable working with sales targets and in high-pressure
situations with full accountability for outcomes.
? Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
in IT/AI services, preferably in a B2B enterprise setting.
Preferred Experience:
? 4-8 years of business development/sales experience in AI/IT services or B2B Tech
Solutions
? Experience selling to international markets (e.g., US, UK, Middle East) is a plus.
? Prior exposure to working with cross-functional technical teams to build custom
solutions.
