Location:Hybrid - Office at Shollinganallur, ChennaiShift: Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zone) (5 PM - 2.30 AM)Experience Required:Minimum 5 Years in SaaSSalary Range:10-12 LPAAge & Gender Preference:32 - 35 years of age / MALE ONLY (As night shift)Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with proven experience in scheduling qualifi ed appointments through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a must. Prior experience in the US market and comfort with night shifts is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with key decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, etc.).Understand and communicate the value proposition of SaaS products or services effectively.Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate lead and activity information.Achieve and exceed monthly targets for outreach, appointments, and conversions.Collaborate with internal teams to refi ne Ideal Customer Profi les (ICPs) and sales strategies.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities in the US region.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.Strong track record in cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Willingness to work night shifts to support the US market.Self-starter with a result-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with US-based SaaS companies or clients.Understanding of sales tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, etc.Familiarity with sales automation and AI prospecting tools is a plus.
