Key Responsibilities:



Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach). Conduct client discovery calls and schedule product demos with decision-makers. Manage and optimize sales pipelines using leading CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Identify new business opportunities and industry trends within SaaS, IT, and tech markets. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Required Skills:



Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Lead Generation (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome). Strong understanding of business development in software/tech industries. Knowledge of email marketing and LinkedIn prospecting techniques. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in software sales, IT sales, or SaaS platforms. Understanding of the sales funnel and conversion strategies. Ability to analyze sales metrics and adapt outreach campaigns accordingly.
