Job Description

Identify, approach, and build partnerships with new education agents, schools, and institutions to promote international study opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and partners to ensure consistent lead generation and student conversions. Conduct market research to identify potential regions, institutions, and trends in international education. Promote universities and educational programs offered by partner institutions across various destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.). Organize and participate in education fairs, student counseling events, and institutional visits to generate leads. Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure complete and quality applications are submitted to universities. Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract prospective students and agents. Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to student recruitment and agent onboarding. Track and report performance metrics such as applications received, offers issued, and visa conversions. Build and maintain an updated database of agents, schools, and prospective university partners. Support digital and offline marketing efforts by providing region-specific insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
