We are looking for a smart and dynamic Business Development Executive with prior experience in a digital marketing company. The role requires strong knowledge of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibility Deliverable
Business Development & Lead Generation
Source accurate contact details of decision-makers (Marketing Heads/Managers) from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google Search, and offline networks.
Maintain and update a detailed call sheet with daily call records, lead status, and follow-up actions.
Conduct a short daily meeting with the Senior to review call data and plan next steps.
Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
Develop strategies to increase sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Client Presentations
Conduct client visits and virtual (Zoom/Google Meet) meetings to pitch digital marketing services.
Prepare and deliver engaging pitches and presentations to potential customers
Create customized PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and quotations as per client requirements.
Proposal, Negotiation & Risk Management
Draft professional quotations, proposals, and business agreements.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals while maintaining profitability.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks in the sales and delivery process.
Ensure pricing and service terms align with company standards.
Client Onboarding & Handover to Operations
Conduct detailed onboarding meetings with new clients to understand their expectations, goals, and requirements.
Prepare a proper client brief and hand it over to the operations team for smooth execution.
Act as the bridge between clients and the operations team, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Client Relationship Management & Retention
Take full responsibility for client satisfaction and ensure 100% retention.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, feedback calls, and review meetings.
Collaborate with Marketing Agencies or Agents to strengthen client servicing and expand business opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client deliverables are met on time and as per expectations.
Resolve client queries, handle escalations, and ensure high service standards.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the operations and strategy teams to align sales promises with actual delivery.
Share client feedback with internal teams to improve service quality.
Submit regular reports on leads, call performance, meetings scheduled, sales status, and client updates to management.
