Business Development Executive



Experience required: 5-8 Years



Location: Thane



Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications can be advantageous, strong communication skills.



Duties:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the company's vision and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand service offerings. Lead business development initiatives to promote inspection services in compliance with NABCB ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to enhance the company's market presence. Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and service agreements to potential clients. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between client requirements and the company's service capabilities. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth. Participate in industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients. Develop strategies for customer retention, including feedback collection and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and revenue growth for senior management. Monitor industry standards, certifications, and quality requirements to ensure the company stays competitive in the market. Assist in defining sales targets and business development goals to drive the company's growth trajectory.

Authorities:



Make decisions on client proposals, contract negotiations, and business partnerships within approved limits. Approve and execute marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at growing the business. Develop pricing models and service packages in collaboration with the finance and technical teams. Authority to lead business development initiatives and ensure the company's growth in line with market demands and client expectations.
