Generate leads and build long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
Handle walk-ins, site visits, and convert leads to successful sales closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per organizational goals.
Negotiate and finalize property deals with clients effectively.
Maintain updated knowledge of company projects, pricing, competitors, and market trends.
Build and manage strong client databases through regular follow-ups and networking.
Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for seamless client handover and post-sales support.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in
Real Estate Sales
, preferably in residential or commercial property.
Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Rewari real estate market and surrounding areas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
Proven track record of target achievements in property sales.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Should be comfortable with local travel and client meetings.
Local Residential of Rewari preferable.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
