Sunfocus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven
Senior Business Development Executive
with a strong background in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in international client acquisition, online bidding platforms (especially Upwork), and end-to-end business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads and close business through
Upwork and other online platforms
Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Communicate effectively with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate requirement understanding
Prepare business proposals, estimates, and presentations
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Mentor or guide junior BDEs when required
Requirements & Skills:
3+ years of experience
as a Business Development Executive in an
IT company
Proven hands-on experience with the Upwork platform
(profile handling, bidding, client conversion) and other platforms like freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn etc.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
and also Should be good in making PPT's, MS Word, MS excel, Docs etc.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities
Good understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and technologies
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA
All technical backgrounds are eligible
