Senior Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)



We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on expertise in Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, writing winning proposals, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company's sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and expand business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms. Write clear, compelling, and customized proposals based on client requirements. Identify relevant projects, evaluate scope, and submit high-quality bids daily. Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and negotiate project terms and pricing. Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure accurate project estimation. Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to close deals successfully. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Track bidding performance, conversions, and sales metrics regularly. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Mentor junior bidders or team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder or BDE on Upwork and similar platforms. Strong understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, SaaS, and digital solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good understanding of project management and estimation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Proven track record of achieving weekly/monthly bidding targets and closing deals.

Preferred Qualities



Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe). Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for revenue growth.
