Senior Sales Executive (Sales Head)

Primary Purpose



To lead and drive the company's overall sales, marketing, and branding efforts, combining on-ground execution with strategic leadership. This role involves heading the sales team, supervising Branding & Marketing Executive, Customer Relations Executive (CRE), and Business Development Executives (BDEs), while personally engaging in field activities, event marketing, and digital campaigns. As Sales Head, the Senior Sales Executive ensures consistent growth in revenue, strong brand presence, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



I. Sales & Revenue Growth



Own the sales targets of the company and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Develop and execute strategies to increase basket value, repeat orders, and customer retention. Identify new markets, customers, and sales channels for business expansion.

II. Field Sales & Marketing Leadership



Actively participate in

field marketing activities

to set an example for BDEs. Train, guide, and monitor field BDEs during on-ground promotions, order generation, and customer engagement. Supervise and evaluate event marketing campaigns and ensure ROI-driven execution.

III. Branding & Marketing Oversight



Lead the Branding division, including

brand positioning, event activations, promotional campaigns, and merchandising

. Oversee Customer Relations Executives (CREs) to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Head the

social media and digital marketing division

, ensuring content, campaigns, and digital spends align with sales goals. Coordinate seamlessly between offline and online marketing initiatives for maximum impact.

IV. Team Management & Training



Supervise the Branding & Marketing Executive, BDEs, and CREs to ensure smooth coordination of all sales/marketing activities. Conduct regular training sessions for BDEs and CREs on sales techniques, customer handling, and promotional execution. Set clear KPIs and KRAs for the team, track progress, and provide continuous feedback.

V. Customer & Market Engagement



Maintain key customer relationships and build new ones through field visits. Monitor customer feedback and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing approaches. Ensure consistent customer follow-ups by team members and personally step in for high-value clients.

VI. Reporting & Insights



Track, analyze, and report

sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer insights

to the CEO. Provide recommendations on new initiatives to strengthen revenue and brand presence. Maintain performance dashboards for sales, marketing, and branding activities.

VII. Representation & Values



Represent the company in all external interactions, events, and promotions with professionalism. Ensure the sales and marketing team upholds the company's dignity, values, and customer-first culture.

Requirements



Experience:

2-3 in sales/marketing leadership (FMCG, food delivery, or retail preferred).

Field Expertise:

Must be comfortable with regular fieldwork, event marketing, and customer visits.

Leadership:

Strong people-management skills to lead branding, marketing, CRE, and BDE divisions.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Marketing Skills:

Knowledge of branding, promotions, digital/social media marketing, and event management.

Other:

Must own a vehicle and valid driving license (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
