The Business Development Executive will be responsible for
lead generation, client meetings, converting qualified leads into revenue
, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Generate and qualify leads based on potential and requirements.
Conduct
client and prospect campus/office meetings
to present company products and solutions.
Identify decision-makers using the
MAN framework (Money, Authority, Need)
.
Map product offerings with client requirements and prepare proposals.
2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
Ensure timely follow-ups with qualified leads.
Negotiate and close deals within the defined sales framework.
Secure
50% advance
as order confirmation.
Submit accurate and timely CRM updates.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain monthly touchpoints with existing key customers.
Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure timely communication on order production and delivery updates.
Secure payments within agreed timelines.
4. Travel & Reporting
Minimum
15 travel days per month
for client meetings.
Submit travel expenses and meeting summaries within 48 hours.
Prepare accurate documentation for all commitments made with clients.
Measurable KPIs
Number of client/campus meetings conducted.
Revenue generated from new and existing customers.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
CRM accuracy and timely reporting.
