Job Summary
The
Snr.
Business Development Executive
will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with educational institutions for EduNirvana's study abroad programs.
The role focuses on driving institutional growth, activating new accounts, and ensuring partner success through regular engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutions.
Initiate and formalize institutional tie-ups through MoUs or partnership agreements.
Conduct presentations, workshops, and orientation sessions for students and educators.
Ensure successful
account activation
by completing onboarding and first engagement activities.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of sessions and partner support.
Track student leads, registrations, and partner-generated engagement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to new tie-ups and account activations.
Maintain accurate reports on performance metrics and partnership outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New Institutional Tie-Ups:
Number of schools/colleges successfully onboarded.
Account Activation:
Institutions completing onboarding and first engagement activity.
Revenue Growth:
Student registrations and referrals generated via partnerships.
Monthly Targets:
Achievement of institutional onboarding goals.
Quarterly Performance:
Consistency and impact in driving EduNirvana's growth network.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Partnerships.
Prior experience in
Education, EdTech, or Study Abroad
sectors preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent field operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for partner visits and events.
What We Offer -
Salary/year - 3,12,000 - 3,60,000 (in-hand salary) plus 2.4 lacs incentives / year
