Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to independently drive business growth in Pune and across the Maharashtra region. The ideal candidate should bring
4-7 years of proven experience in Corporate Interiors and the Construction industry
, with a strong network and ability to generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and close high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in Pune and Maharashtra.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Project Management, Procurement) to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
4-7 years in
Business Development / Sales
within the
Corporate Interior & Construction sector
.
Strong client network in Pune and Maharashtra corporate markets.
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop business independently.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Compensation:
Salary: As per market standards + Performance-based incentives.
