Generate new business opportunities in the construction sector
Identify and approach potential clients, builders, and developers
Handle client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and technical teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities
Requirements:
2-8 years of experience in construction / real estate business development or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of construction processes and costing
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
